Personalised Services

Due to the personalised and interpretive nature of the Soul Blueprint report and similar services, all purchases are final once work has commenced.

Each report is created individually using personal birth details and requires dedicated preparation time. For this reason, refunds are not available for completed or in-progress reports.

If you believe incorrect details were submitted, please contact me as soon as possible after purchase so adjustments can be made prior to preparation.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, differences in interpretation, or if the content does not meet personal expectations. This work is offered as a reflective and symbolic tool, and experiences of resonance may vary.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with delivery (for example, difficulty opening the PDF), please contact me and I will ensure the report is accessible to you.

Live and In-Person Offerings

For in-person or live session offerings, specific cancellation and refund terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, sessions are non-refundable, with rescheduling available within a clearly defined notice period.

Consumer Rights

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, international consumer rights will also be honoured as required by law.
